Pets have always been present in my everyday life. When I was born, my family had a black cockerspaniel named Negi. I heard that Negi was defending me in the stroller when my mother was buying bread and milk. No living creature had a chance to even look inside the stroller. When I was at home, Negi was teasing me by pulling on my diaper while I was trying to crawl on the floor.
When I was 6-7 years old, I got a cat who approached me one night when I was outside collecting butterflies. Micki refused to leave us and we lived together for the next 13 years.
We got our next pet when I was living in France and had an own family and two kids. That was when we had our first golden retriever with a great character, whom we named Coco. We spent 11 happy years together, until Coco left us in 2007.
The following years were spent without a dog, until Jenni came to our lives in 2010. Then we had another golden retriever Sandy, who sadly passed away far too young.
In 2019 I went to Sweden to get a new family member, a golden retriever named Emma. Emma cheered up her older sister Jenni and all of us who had been a part of Emma’s daily life. It was a surprise for me that the swedish immense self confidence has reached the dogs too.
My love for these fourlegged friends is strong. It feels great to promote these pets’ lives and rights together with our professional team.
This is why I started this first law office for pets.
